Open Apple Mail. New users: You'll see the Choose a Mail account provider. Existing users: Click Mail and select Add Account. You'll see the Choose a Mail account provider. I work on a Mac using Outlook, multiple email addresses, all of them work perfectly except my GoDaddy email. I have 5 other employees, all of them use PC's with Outlook. 3 of them run multiple email addresses and 2 only have their GoDaddy email. All 5 of them have the same issue specifically with the GoDaddy email.
- Type in your email address, tick the checkbox next to “I agree to the Spark Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” and click on the “Next” button.
- On the next screen, enter your GoDaddy password and click Next. Then, click on the blue ‘Allow’ button to grant Spark access to your email account, so you can use your GoDaddy within Spark.

That’s it! There are no Settings to configure and no servers to specify. Just sign into your GoDaddy account and start using Spark for Mac.

How to Add GoDaddy Email to Spark for Mac
If you are already using Spark Mail app on your Mac and want to add your GoDaddy account, simply follow these steps.
- Launch Spark for Mac
- At the top left of your screen, click on “Spark” > “Add Account…”
- Click on “Set Up Account Manually”
- In the “Title” field, enter ‘GoDaddy Account’ or anything else you prefer (optional)
- Fill in the “Email” and “Password” fields with your @GoDaddy email and password, and then click the ‘Add’ button.
- Once you’re signed in, GoDaddy may ask you if you want to grant Spark access to your account. Click OK to access all your GoDaddy emails in Spark for Mac.
That’s it! Spark will automatically set up your GoDaddy account on Mac and all your emails will be available to use on your Mac.

If you were able to send emails from Mail and it randomly stopped sending, you may have used all of your available daily SMTP relays. You can find more information about SMTP relays at http://fwd4.me/9b9. Once the daily SMTP relay limit resets, you would again be able to send emails from Mail. You can also use GoDaddy.com's Web-Based Email to send emails while you are waiting for the relays to reset.
If you continue to not be able to send emails from Mail, I suggest verifying all of your settings. You can find instructions for setting up your Apple Mail with GoDaddy.com's email services at http://fwd4.me/9yO.
